Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with aq22

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and aq22 ("aq22", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at aq22.io (the "Platform"). 2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is intended for use by residents of Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. aq22 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available in locations outside Bangladesh, and accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk and without aq22's sanction.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created erroneously, you must contact aq22 support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. aq22 is not liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by you.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1 Security of Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. aq22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify aq22 immediately by contacting support.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

aq22 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents — including a national identity card, passport or other government-issued photo identification — before withdrawals are processed or at any other point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.3 Accurate Payment Details

You are responsible for ensuring that the bKash number, Nagad number, Rocket number, Upay account, or bank account details registered to your aq22 account are accurate and belong to you personally. aq22 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered in your name. Any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by you are your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aq22 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. 4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, though aq22 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes for mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required. aq22 will notify you if a withdrawal request is subject to a delay or additional review.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. aq22 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. 5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

aq22 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or wager at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are not accepted on credit; all wagers must be funded from your available account balance at the time the bet is placed.

5.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a system error, software malfunction, or the display of incorrect odds or payouts, aq22 reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. Payouts made in error — including those resulting from a technical fault, pricing error, or data feed disruption — are not valid and may be reclaimed by aq22 from your account balance. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

5.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as published within the Platform's sportsbook section. For cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — the applicable competition rules and settlement procedures are detailed separately within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules prevail.

5.4 Live Casino Games

Live casino games are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the decision of the game provider's system is final, subject to any error provisions in clause 5.2 above.

aq22 offers promotional events aligned with major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), as well as seasonal occasions including Eid, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December) and Independence Day (26 March). 8. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the Platform for the purposes of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or offensive conduct toward aq22 staff or other players.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game content, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of aq22 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of aq22. The aq22 brand name, logo and associated marks are proprietary to aq22 and may not be used in connection with any other product or service without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aq22, its directors, employees, agents and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds as a result of gambling outcomes.
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond aq22's control.
• Errors in odds, game results or payout calculations that are subsequently corrected pursuant to clause 5.2.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

aq22's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aq22 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by aq22

aq22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if aq22 reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if account closure is required for regulatory, legal or security reasons. In the event of termination for cause, aq22 may forfeit any outstanding balance in your account.

11.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting aq22 support. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Real money balances remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by aq22 — your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, 10 and 13) shall continue to apply.

12. Amendments to These Terms

aq22 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, aq22 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of general commercial law applicable in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact aq22 support in writing and allow aq22 a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

aq22 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. In all matters relating to game outcomes, the records held by aq22's server logs and game provider systems shall be considered the authoritative record of events and shall take precedence over any record held locally on your device.
